From Canvas to Heart: “Painting for Peace” Comes to Life at UTMatamoros
At the Technological University of Matamoros, students raised their voices through art, color, and commitment in the creation of the “Painting for Peace” mural—a vibrant expression of hope, inclusion, and collective strength in the face of addiction.
This initiative is part of the 2025 National Campaign for Peace and Against Addictions, promoted by President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, Governor Dr. Américo Villarreal Anaya, and Secretary of Education Dr. Miguel Ángel Valdez García, with a focus on building healthy educational environments.
The mural stands as a powerful reminder that creativity and unity can inspire change and foster resilience within our communities.
