Diana Masso Quintana, Rector of UTMatamoros, thanks Ramón Arias Martínez, Rector of UDM, Dr. Juan Alonso Espinoza Ramírez, President of the Board of Directors and Legal Representative of UDM, Dr. Mildred Marivel Arias Trujillo, General Academic Secretary and Javier Gómez González, Director of the Law School and Legal Advisor, and all their excellent work team.
With the leadership of our Governor, Dr. Américo Villarreal Anaya, at the Technological University of Matamoros we continue to transform education in Tamaulipas.
