Congrats Michell Vélez!
The Universidad Tecnologica de Matamoros is pleased to congratulate Cassandra Michell Velez Arriaga, a student of the International Commerce Engineering program, for being awarded the Sportswoman of the Year 2023.
It is worth mentioning that this is the fifth time Michell has received this award, making her the best athlete in Matamoros. Special congratulations to her coach Joaquín Castañeda, for his dedication and commitment to sports, education and the discipline he has fostered in the UTM university community.
