The Carolina Foundation of Spain launches the Call for Scholarships 2019-2020, which has two modalities:

1. The first one directed to carry out postgraduate studies in priority areas defined in the call.
2. The second to carry out short stays and institutional studies with emphasis on strengthening public administration.
