Thanks to the commitment of the Governor of Tamaulipas, Dr. Americo Villarreal Anaya and the Secretary of Education in Tamaulipas, Mrs. Lucia Aime Castillo Pastor, it was possible for the Universidad Tecnologica de Matamoros, to deliver 800 titles in arrears, in a ceremony in charge of our Rector, Mrs. Diana Masso Quintana, who pledged to continue working so that no student remains without a title.

»It outrages me to know that for years, from 2019 to 2022 titles were charged without delivering them, failing our students and their families, but I have not come here to look for pretexts or to point fingers, I have come to solve the problems and publicly commit myself that no student of the Universidad Tecnológica de Matamoros will be left without their degree».

During his emotional speech he also mentioned that he was not just handing over a piece of paper, but that it was the representation of many hours of effort and dedication.

He also shared the work that is being done together with the Secretary of Education in Tamaulipas for the institution to have immediate electronic degrees.

Finally, he congratulated the graduates and wished them a successful journey.
